Top the tortilla with a strip of flavored mayonnaise (garlic/chili/wasabi/herbs), quinoa salad, pickled red onion, sugar snap peas and restaurant salad. Finish with our chili & sesame marinated smoked salmon.

In the wrap with our Naja salmon, replace the quinoa salad with bean salad (remember to strain off the oil!) and dredge as described above.

This variant is also delicious with fresh salmon, steamed or baked. Of course, hot-smoked spiced salmon is also a hit!
